Redbridge Recovery Hub

The Redbridge Recovery Hub, delivered by Hestia in partnership with NELFT, provides free mental health support to Redbridge residents aged 18 and over. Designed as a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, the Hub operates on an open-door basis with no appointment required, ensuring that individuals can access support when they need it.

Accessing the Service

Residents can access the hub in two ways:

  • Walk-in : Individuals may arrive without an appointment at any time during opening hours.
  • Professional referral : Appointments can be arranged following a referral from a healthcare or support professional.

Support Available

The Hub offers a range of mental health support options, including:

  • Advice, information, referrals, and signposting
  • Drop-in sessions
  • Scheduled one-to-one support (virtual or face-to-face)
  • Support to create a personalised mental health safety plan
  • Peer support opportunities
  • Access to telephone interpreters

Opening Times

The Recovery Hub operates 365 days a year:

  • Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 5pm – 9pm
  • Weekends: 2pm – 6pm (virtual support only)

Redbridge Talking Therapies

Redbridge Talking Therapies provides free, confidential treatments and support for those struggling with their wellbeing and mental health. You don’t need to be diagnosed with a mental health condition to access the service. The service can help with common issues such as anxiety, stress, sleep problems, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, phobias, social anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) amongst others. Treatments include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Counselling for depression and more. The service offers individual as well as group therapies, delivered by a diverse range of clinicians, many of whom speak a variety of languages and come from a variety of different backgrounds/cultures. Redbridge Talking Therapies accepts self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs and other health professionals. Please note you must be at least 18 years old and registered with a Redbridge based GP to access the service.
