Strategic Plan
The Board has a three-year strategic plan in place, published in October 2022. It includes the Board’s vision, values, what it does, strategic objectives and priority areas of work.
Annual Priorities Action Plan
Each year, the Board agrees a set of safeguarding priorities to take forward, linked to the Strategic Plan (see above). The priorities for 2023 – 2024 can be downloaded via the link below:
These priorities will be developed into an action plan to be taken forward by various workstreams at Subgroup and Board level.
